Hahaha oh I'm sorry I had no idea. In that case odin forget everything I said. It's impossible
Seriously though. You say you already know enough about your 3d application to do uv mapping, so I strongly believe you wouldn't have as much trouble doing it yourself as you think.

this would be uv mapping in nifscope/niftools wich is also nice for some node related stuff, getting it back ingame correctly (models and whatnot,.... thats one of the more tricky bits ( to asimp or not to asimp ,thats the question

Wow, please get this "demonbaby" or "grotesque infant" or whatever you´ll name it on the road!
This is the stuff a dungeon designer needs!

first up very nice model, it does kind of look like it could use standard slug anim but maybe with a leap/face hugger attack (i would think that snakelike slithering might be hard to do, would fit wel but hard to do from my pov) then again since i stink at animating anyhoo i couldn't realy say what amount of work would go into this ,but thats one ace bloodsucker though

I wonder if you could give it similar animations as the spider.

You guys need to combine your talents to make monsters. The results would be spectacular for sure.
EDIT: Many hands make light work after all (ignoring too many cooks spoil the broth).
