Re: Legend of Grimrock: Destiny's Chance.

Wow, 18 years is a good portion of a human lifetime, and I'm a cat person as well (though I currently don't have any), so I'm sorry for your loss. :( Ah, thank you. As I said, it was her time to go. And I knew it. But was nice to use Taren, to vent some emotion and deal with death of someone close ...

Re: Legend of Grimrock: Destiny's Chance.

nice battles! and the party is fully restored, yay :) Indeed. Clearly, I had to exaggerate portions of the story (especially in the form of combat), otherwise it's "He swung his sword, biting deep. He swung his sword again..." But this was an emotional piece for me. A lot of Taren's...

Re: Legend of Grimrock: Destiny's Chance.

Another very long segment... Apparently leaving these companions in Grimrock for too long has them really wanting to continue their tale... Tawmis Sanarius – Human (Son of Contar Stoneskull and Yennica Whitefeather) Taren Bloodhorn – Minotaur Blaz’tik – Insectoid Silvertan – Lizardman “We carry him...

Re: Neverending Nights - A Neverwinter Nights Machinima.

when something is so long like that it becomes a significant part of your life, something more valuable than what it might appear on the surface. Now it will be "out there" forever :) It really is. The main characters (Peter and Grayson) became (and still are!) very important to me. They ...

Re: Neverending Nights - A Neverwinter Nights Machinima.

were you a writer on that project? Congrats on concluding well such a large ambitious undertaking :) Indeed, I was. Season 1 was a mixture of my partner in crime, Adam and I. I did the majority of the writing, but we both had a hand in Season 1. Season 2 and Season 3 were all written, filmed, edite...

Re: Short Story, Fanfiction.

Interesting read. Glad to see more fanfic here. (I returned to mine, after almost a year!) My ONE BIG suggestions would break up the text. Because when I first went into the thread, the font size plus the lack of breaks (paragraph breaks) between the text made it feel like "Wall O'Text" So...

Re: Really? No auto-attack?

This type of game would be really fun turn based! Something like a dungeon-crawl Wizardry title. Wrong. Turn-based LoG won't be half the fun it's right now because turn-based play kills any dynamic. The only reason I'd disagree is mainly in regards to Mages in LOG. Most RPG games (even Wizardry whi...
