We have just pushed a new Linux beta to Steam that should fix this issue. If you are on Steam, could you please test it by opting into the "linux_beta" branch (in Library -> Legend of Grimrock -> Properties -> Betas)?

Do you have a 64-bit executable available?
Edit: nevermind, seems it did get sent to Humble. Silly of me to not check that in advance...
