As the Mac Beta thread is already 3 pages long and has the potential to become filled with FPS discussion, I just wanted to post bugs and glitches here so that they are all in one place for Petri. Nothing major so far, but a few notes from using the Dungeon Editor for a short while...
Specs: 15-Inch Retina MacBook Pro (Late 2013) - 2.3Ghz i7, 16GB RAM, GT 750M 2048 MB, OSX Yosemite 10.10.3.
[BUG] Launch the Dungeon Editor. Quickly (before the Steam Overlay popup disappears) click “File -> Open File”. You will see the Steam Overlay in the actual file dialogue too. Clicking “Cancel” (or selecting a file) causes the whole game to crash with a C++ Exception. Screenshot.
[NOTE] The mouse cursor on the main menu appears to be slightly off. It’s as though it’s using the bottom of the mouse pointer instead of the top - if you put your mouse on the bottom few pixels of a menu option, it will start selecting the item below. Screen Shot.
[NOTE] This is exceptionally minor, but CMD+C and CMD+V would be more natural for mac users trying to copy/paste text (such as item names) than Ctrl. I notice that CMD works for copying/pasting entities.

Re: Mac Beta Bugs and Glitches
Thanks for the bug reports! Unfortunately Steam overlay is a black box and I'm not sure if it's possible to workaround. Maybe I can disable the overlay in editor.

[POSSIBLE BUG] Changing shadow quality doesn't restart game or change the quality of the shadows? Even if I force a restart by changing something else, the FPS is the same and the shadows look identical when I switch between Low and High quality.
[NOTE] Just a note - I've probably used the editor for about 4-5 hours now on OS X and while I've not had much chance to play through the game, everything has been absolutely stunning so far. Apart from what's been mentioned - no crashes or problems at all really.

This settings does not affect the shadows cast from the sun. Same as in PC version.JohnWordsworth wrote:[POSSIBLE BUG] Changing shadow quality doesn't restart game or change the quality of the shadows? [Minor Bug - V2.2.3]
Same sound FX is played after a game load.
Example : The "character die cry" sound-fx is played (yes you diiiieeee !).
Immediately open menu and load a game, the "character die cry" sound-fx will be played at the end of the save loading. Same bug observed with "open door" fx... But the "die cry" as sample is more perturbing

I think it happens to me also on PC. After reloading, the last sound is played again. No ill-effects though.

Re: Mac Beta Bugs and Glitches
Might as well repost the bugs I found here too:
1. The rocks that block your access to the open sea along the shoreline are missing. You still can't walk there, but all that's visibly blocking your path is a bit of seaweed and in some cases, nothing at all.
2. If you have Old School Mode turned on, the tutorial will still tell you to press Tab to open the map.
3. I went through the wind tunnel (To get the ornate key) and fought the turtle thereafter. I used two darts in the fight, and I'm pretty sure he dropped two darts, but when I removed them from my character's hand to put a sling there, I somehow had only 1 dart. Checked all over the area and found nothing. Something ate my dart.
