Found this
on the beach close to one of the sewer exits, hiding under water and some logs.
You can throw it as a weapon. Does this mean
is canon?

They are not disabled, they are my personal friends. And how so? The orb is not part of the story at all, it's just an easter egg. And I don't reveal the exact location.
