First Floor Pyramide . help with the puzzle in the middle, between the two tombkeys puzzles.. into North?

If I understand you correctly then you have unlocked both the rooms behind the tomb keys and need to proceed North.

Here's a hint:

Each of the two rooms you unlocked has 8 pits in a square, making 16 pits in total. The area in front of the gates has 16 pits... coincidence?
