Somehow I missed this but found the forge. Can I please get dig coordinates?
However if you want to just know:

Face the pyramid where you find the silent philosopher stone (Sleet Island Area). Face East and walk three tiles. East is facing towards the Cemetery. At 3 tiles you will be right on top of it. So you can simply walk 2 tiles east then dig.
