Stucked on Sleet Island and Ruins of Desarune

Hi everybody,
Stucked in 2 Maps, can you help me ? (sorry for my English, I'm French)
Ruins of Desarune:
1) How to continues ? Stucked in front of "Meditation Spire"
Sleet Island:
2) How to go to this teleporter ?
3) How to go down ?
4) "The Silent one has a friend..." What does it mean and what I have to do ?
5) How to go to this teleporter ?
Optionnal:
6) How to go to the center of this isle ? by an another way I thing... (underground)

For the first prob, you really need to open this door !
to do that, One tip awaits you on the bottom level
tip is : Follow the light
You need to put the spider on the center plate using both teleporter on the two level.
Then following the light , throw something at three different pits and wait a little
Oh and by the way I'm French too

There is quite a lot for you to explore still. You enter the room at #1 via the other side if you...
... solve the puzzle with the spider.
And one or two (?) of the teleporters are exits from varius dungeons and one teleport is the exit from the barren desert, you will get to them, don't worry.

Thanks for response of Desarune, it's works fine (I know why it did'nt work: I put an item on
every plate and the door still be closed !)
Nobody for Ruins of Desarune ?

But for the question n°3: How to go down ?

How you get down:
There is a hidden switch next to the pyramid entrance opening a bridge.
And then....
.... there is another switch.
Silent one:
If i remember correctly the quote about the Silent one refers to one of these big stone heads that says "..."
You will find another quote later in the game regarding that statue, which will make it all more clear.
