Yeah elementals are a pain with out a caster.

It's an Air Elemental. You can hurt it with 3 things:
1. The Dispel spell
2. Ethereal Blade, from the Cemetery
3. Staff with Dispel as special ability

Just keep casting Dispel on it. 3+ casts should bring it down.

You can also put Lightning Shield on your party so that you take less damage.

No, the weapon behind the forcefield is a different weapon.

You can always just run away from it.

Dispel requires 1 Water, 1 Concentration. It is a very low level spell. You should have the ability to case it unless you do not have a mage in your party. Check one of the spell guides if you need help casting it: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... =327616383

There is also the option to "telefrag" the Air Elemental. But I think that is harder to pull off than just spamming Dispel on it.
