'Green cloud' creature?

Hi there. I'm stuck in two zones of Grimrock 2 because of one very strange creature, or I must say three of them.
They look like big green clouds that float around and seem to be immune to fire or poison and physical. I managed to deal some damages with air spells but not quick enough and I got killed every time I tried.
Is there someone to help me with those evil things? Thanks !

They're

air elementals
You can only damage them with
SpoilerShow
a certain spell
or with
SpoilerShow
a weapon you find in another area
Casting lightning spells at them actually heals them (the "damage" number is green)

spell:

Dispel, requires water magic 1 and concentration 1, you find the spell scroll for it in the spire of meditation in the Archives. There is also a staff in the water vault under Sleet Island that casts dispel as its special attack, which is great if you don't have that point into water magic.
weapon:

Ethereal Blade, it's a light weapon found in the Cemetery (I forget exactly, by digging up a grave or in a chest somewhere, it isn't down in the catacombs though, it's on the surface.

Yes, the weapon is far more effective. 2-3 hits and they're done. Still annoying, but they became a complete non-issue for me once I obtained the blade.
