Grimrock

Very early in the game there is a puzzle that uses two blue gems. I noticed that you can retrieve them after completing it. Anyone know if you should hang on to them? I am such a packrat ATM and could find a better use for those 2 inventory slots if they have no further use.

no further use except for using them in puzzles (for plates...)
