Twigroot Tunnels Note: Shrine beneath?

"I can see the shrine right beneath here. I wished i had packed more provisions..."

This is a note i found in a corner of the Twigroot Tunnels.

I seem to have cleared this entire area.

Did I miss something?

Can you guys give the spoiler if so, please?

The shrine is located in the level below, very close to the exit point of the inaccessible shaft (the one with rocks in it)

I'm guessing im done with that note since i was able to get the power gem from downstairs.

That is what its refering to, right?

Nope, this shrine is optional and its not about the power gem
