permanent increase +1... also willpower and dexterity

btw, does Alchemist "passive" work on it? Can you theorically "farm" as many as you want?
Edit: according to other tread you indeed can, but at slow rate.

which is the one trait that makes the Alchemist a great class despite the weakness of specializing in firearms.
