philosophers stone area

Hello
Its good to be back
great game better then the first one.
OK so in the philosophers stone area there are lots of gates if you are stand on the stone area (orange and blue tiles) looking down at these gates, I have opened them all on the left hand side and side that has the teleporter. But how do I open the ones on the right. Also there is a secret area which I found that has some loot and a rat inside.This Room has a hidden button that just shuts the wall so you cannot get out if you press it again the wall just opens.
Whats that all about ???? I Really don't think Almost Human would have added that button if that's all it does.
