Vitality and Willpower effect on level up = 0?

Title says it already. I started over with a new group of Wizards, all have Vit and Wil maxed out; Vit 15 and Wil 17. The class description sais the Wizard gains +3 Health and +7 Energy per level up. The description of both Vit and Wil mention that these have an influence on Health and Energy both right away as well as on subsequent level-ups. Now this is what I've seen:

Char Gen:
Each increase of Vit and Wil leads to a +5 increase of the corresponding Health / Energy maximum

Level 1:
Health: 60
Energy: 105 (85 + 20 for level 1 Concentration)

Level 2:
Health: 63
Energy: 112

Level 3:
Health: 66
Energy: 119

Big question: Where are the "points gained [...] at subsequent levels" as written in the attribute tooltip? ;)
Stupid answer: Bug? :D

I've noticed the same thing. Either it is miss labeled, poorly worded, or there is a bug. But I've not seen any extra HP or Energy gained outside of the base the class gets on level up.

Unless it is factional and it will not be seen until high stat levels or multiple levels down the road.

I am looking for an answer for this too.
Maybe Consider posting this in the "Support and Tech" Subforum.

Did another test with the upperextreme. Started with 2 Minotaur Barbarians who should get +10 Health each level by class, max. Strength and Vitality, 21 each (Vit would be 19, but the trait adds 2 points), Traits Healthy & Tough, Athletics 1.

Level 1:
Health: 175

Level 2
Health: 185

Again, just the +10 by class on level up, nothing due to the 21 Vit.

Everything on Hard so far, no Old School / Iron Man etc.

Ok thanks for info and testing. Definitely seems to be something wrong here.
