Just wanted to pop in and let the devs know how pleased I am with the sequel to Legend of Grimrock. The Eye of the Beholder series and other games of their ilk were some of my best memories of gaming from my childhood. To see the genre reinvigorated, and then to see just how much improvement you guys made from your first iteration to your second is really astounding. I'm more excited to play Grimrock 2 right now that any of the AAA titles out like Borderlands, Evil Within, etc.
Really just a fantastic job you all have done and congratulations. Keep em comin' keep it fresh and you have an auto purchase from me every time, as far as I"m concerned the dev team here can do little to nothing wrong.
Huge improvement and fantastic game.

Re: Huge improvement and fantastic game.
Indeed! But that is becasue Almost Human fiddled with a very dangerous ingredient which is almost non existent in many modern games --> Passion. Everything got improved. The scale, the enemies' behaviour, atmosphere, sound and music...but the engine drives me mad FPS dips everywhere and until this evening, Forgotten River unplayable. But that is just me and a handful of users so far Hopefully we are just the unlucky chosen ones

Game mechanic wise, what I noticed up to now: I like the introduced injury mechanic (directly ported from dungeon Master), which fixes the excessive pit jumping 'sport' prevalent in LoG1.
Atmosphere wise: the nice outside areas & water, the day and night system....

Ofc, I'd rather play a game that I know is made with love and by gamers than Ubisoft/EA trashhodj wrote: I'm more excited to play Grimrock 2 right now that any of the AAA titles ....
