So I've already found

the note that contains the signs and the words (Uhu, Ar, Lam, Te...)
but I can't figure out how/in what order to activate the tiles.

I'm not getting the cipher to enter "The Storage" either...

From what i could make out it goes like this

Right | Up x2 | Pala | Up x2 | Pala x2 | Left x1 | Faam Ko | Down Ko

So... with the paper i had i deciphered most of it, the parts that are not written on the paper you find ingame are "Pala" "Faam" and "ko"
Unless there's another paper somewhere where theese words are explained?

Appreciative of help since i dont wanna leave any stone unturned (Hints are fine too, don't need a direct answer! =) )

Where did you find the scroll with the deciphering information?

I figured out the storage gate without any other scroll.

Since all the move directions are already described by the scroll, the missing words have to mean something else. So from process of elimination i managed to get it. PALA and FAAM describes a type of move action you can do and they are the opposite of each other. KO is used as a follower to the main word just like E and NA.
Hope this helps, dont wanna directly spell out the answer.

No please spell it out, thought it might be rotate, but ko kind of screws it up.

PALA means rotate left and FAAM means rotate right. KO is three, just as E is one and NA is two. So this is the right order:
Right | Forward x2 | Rotate left | Forward x2 | Rotate left x2 | Left x1 | Rotate right x3 | Back x3
