Fantastic game

Post by tantalan »

I am just in the beginning fighting monsters in some dungeons and I know that the game will be fantastic. It seems to me to be a little more difficult than Grimrock 1 but hopefully i will pass through it.

I'm 8h in and the game is just fantastic. Awesome work AH, you surprised me again. It seems that you just know how to do stuff :) This may shoot itself straight into my top3 all-time favorite games.

Thanx Almost Human. This is great! Just wanted to say "well done".
Very few games these days are fun to play, but you guys have nailed it. Again.

What I think is that in these times there are some AAA games with budget of hundred millions USD but still this game makes me happy more than those AAA games.

this is just as good as Grimrock 1 and :D glad to say that there is enough different to call it a brand new game and at the same time familiar and Grimrock 1 stuff to feel "yeah I know this stuff"

this game is REAL FUN to play in fact I would say even more fun than Grimrock 1

first of all when I saw the beach I thought that was really beautiful

what an amazing and gorgeous beginning to the game!! they have got the waves from the sea coming in just right and you can go paddling in the sea too which I love

you can look out to the horizon and see your crashed ship as well, the graphics are great

the first time it starts getting dark it really catches you and impresses you too as the sky slowly begins to darken

soon you find the waterways at the perimeters of that castle and then the fun really begins, in the end you find that there are ladders at the edges but you don't know where

yeah FUN is the overriding word here, they have actually done more to make sure you enjoy the game this time around I think

Last time (Grimrock 1) I went onto 'Dungeon Editor' within a couple of hours of gameplay and forgot the actual real game entirely, I just found more fun planning my own (5) dungeons

this time that has not happened, the lay outs and battles are so inviting and appealing that now "I don't have time" for Dungeon Editor whereas with Grimrock 1 it was the other way around

HUGE APPLAUSE TO GRIMROCK 2, yes yes yes, difficulty > JUST RIGHT ... graphics > superb, the beach I just go back to ... to see it and enjoy it ..Gameplay >> slightly better than Grimrock 1 ... Overall > 9/10 :D

I remember that I wrote a mail months ago to the developers, suggesting some features that they should implement from my pov in Grimrock II. Well, I had never received a reply nor I know if they read it but, wow, this Legend of Grimrock II is P E R F E C T!

well why can't we have it on DVD/CD?

why does it have to be download only?

that's why I gave it 9/10

Compared to The Evil Within which was a 31 Gb download, LOG II was generous at under a Gb. Download it and burn it to a disc for the archives.

I'm only 18 hours in, but I'm thrilled and ready to pre-order LOG 3 in good faith. Make it happen gentlemen, this game is amazing! Can't wait to see how it looks in stereoscopic 3D.
