Gold Key For Twigroot Tunnels?

Where's the gold key for the southern half where the pits are and
you fight the leprechaun?

I'd love to know this as well.
There is a button on the wall behind the southernmost pit, but I found no way to close the trap door to get to it.

Gold keys are extremely valueable because there are less gold keys in the game then you'll encounter locks asking for them. So think twice before using them lightly.

No problem there. During beta each time i reached the end I had lockpicks left.

Figured it out.....
When you fight the Tricker (Leprechaun).. he will open some walls to unleash turtles. In the first room he opens, there's a button on the wall that closes a nearby pit. Over that pit is a button that leads to a secret area. Alas... no golden key in there. Just some loot.

Its not, don't worry. I'm fairly early into the game and already have +5 picks
