Hello All
I am based in the UK and want to pre order. My question is if I do pre order and pay in US dollars will the steam key work on a UK steam account?

Yep, the steam key will work with all Steam accounts in all regions.

Is there any point in pre-ordering ? Do we get something extra ? I mean steam is a digital platform with a endless supply. In the old days people pre-ordered games to make sure their local store reserved a copy for them and they didn't have to hike cross country hoping to find a unsold copy on release day.
