"dive in the Forgotten River" ? :o

I tried searching for a similar topic but didn't find one.
Is this what I think it is? "dive" in water? As in, go underwater?
Not "wade through" the river, not "splash across" the river, but actually "dive"?
I may be reading too much into the description but can we get any official word on this? Thanks!
