Searching for the solution to this puzzle. I'm certain it has something to do with throwing an item or weapon, but nothing I do seems to work. I figure that from the location that my items are dropping when they pass through that I'm supposed to 'undertoss' or something so that they land on the other pressure plate?

Can't come up with any reasonable solution to the puzzle so far. Has anyone defeated this room yet?

If that's the solution, something on my end must be bugged as the items simply appear to the left of the pressure plate that I'm standing on, behind the bars.

Ah! That's it, then. Thank you; worked like a charm. Was getting worried as I was running out of things to throw :p

The problem was not throwing a throwable item. I was throwing stuff from my inventory (free-tossing); not using thrown weapons as an attack.
