What kind of secrets are there in this game?

I have seen the small crack on rock wall one, but are there more kinds of secrets? Should I be looking out for more or is looking for cracks in the wall enough?

- loose rock
- putting a torch in an empty holder
- pushing button(s)

Hello, dungeon dwellers? - Have you tried taking it off and on again?

I have tried putting it on and off, off and on and then switching torches.
You never know, might need to try fire and torched out soon.
