Just wanted to say that it works perfect in Linux using Wine.
I only have a Radeon HD3870 using fglrx drivers from ATI and the speed is great with highest textures on. Wine has DX dlls and Visual C dlls. Running on Kubuntu.
No technical issues so far other than I'm running in a window so that game doesn't take over all the monitors on dual settup.
