I installed the rc6 1.1.3 version that I got direct from this site and I'm getting a weird bug where some of the UI elements are completely illegible. I've tried playing with the video options and nothing seems to help. Here's some screenshots of what I'm talking about:

Looks like some sort of graphics card driver glitch. Could you try resetting all display driver options to their default values?

Have you got forced/override settings in your graphics drivers settings?
There is thread already about similar issue. Check especially the "Mipmap Detail Level" setting = application default in your graphics driver settings.
