Game freezes

All right. So, I have finally purchased the game via Steam. I have waited for quite some time for this game and now I have a problem.
The problem is - the game just freezes after some 5-7 minutes of gameplay. Especially after taking and equipping new items, which is quite sad. I have recently upgraded my system + drivers so it shouldn't be a driver problem or hardware problem. Is there any solution to this?

Could you test if you have the same problem with other games?

It could be that your GPU is overheating. Could you enable vertical sync in game options (this will limit the frame rate to 60 fps) and see if it helps?

No, I don't have any similar issues with any other games. But thanks for the advice, I'll try it.
