Amazon Payment Broke?

I pre-ordered the game using the Amazon payment option last night. I received the e-mail from Amazon stating that my order had been completed. I have not received any other e-mails. I have checked my spam folder to no avail. From what I understand I should have received and e-mail with a link to where the download will be once released along with the pre-order goodies. Wot's...Uh The Deal?

I received a pm from one of your staff (I would assume) requesting my transaction id. However, when attempting to reply I get a message stating "The requested users to be added do not exist."

You need to empty the To: space

The "To:" space only has the username of who I am sending this message to. This is automatically filled out when I "reply" to his message. I tried it anyway, and attempting to send a message with that field blank results in the same error.
