Grimrock

I have logged onto steam this morning thinking that I will see lots of banners and promo for grimrock. There is exactly fuck all to say that the game exists. There are scrolling banners for one of the many wank platform games that cost 5 quid.....but no grimrock??

Are steam not showing this game any love or are you not coughing up the cash for the game to be in the news section?

Maybe wait till 6PM GMT today when it will be released and available to purchase?

Why would there be banners on the site if the game isn't even sold on Steam yet?

There are pre-order banners for other games, there are banners for beta's and there banners for games being launched today......

Absolutely nothing about grimrock. I think this is going to be a great game and I am really impressed with the way this has gone viral around the internet. This should not be the only method of advertising!.

It was sitting there for the last two weeks or so. They're probably working on something.

I could only find Grimrock in the "Coming Soon" tab, which it's now disappeared from. I assumed this was because you can't actually buy it / pre-order it yet through Steam (not counting getting the Steam key from AH). I expect it will appear properly when it's launched, at which point anyone can buy it through Steam.

Kinda weird that you couldn't preorder, although it was in the coming soon tabs for weeks.

This is how it's looked for the past 10 days (although the waiting time is thankfully a lot less now!). No pre-order button. However, as I got the Steam key from the devs, I have "Legend of Grimrock Pre-Order" in my library. It just tells me it is coming soon. I'm not sure how this works, but presumably the pre-order will turn into the actual game in my library once it's unlocked.

Yeah, that's how it should work.

its still there,you need to use the search function,however you cant buy it on steam anyway yet.some preorders you can but grimrock no,which is probably by design right?

i mean,buying it pre order from almost human is the way to go,if want to see more.
