I hate the 3D gimmick in movies. It rarely adds to the movie. I hate the gimmick in TV and in games these days too. But for some reason, Grimrock feels like the one and only game where 3D would actually work very well. WIth the way enemies attack, and the simplicity of the dungeon, I think it would look great. There's a very linear progression in depth (the scene gets deeper in a consistent way) vs. say Skyrim where there's a huge depth range and a ton of variance in depth across the screen.
Also, with the classic arrow buttons, I feel like the game already has a perfect UI for a tablet. This game seems like an absolute fit for iPad and other decently sized, capable tablets. There's very little that would have to change!

Two thoughts after seeing lots of videos (3D and Tablet)
