[Mod] Hypercube (Winner of first community editing contest)

My entry for the editing contest, but I still think it deserves its own thread.

After a cave exploration gone wrong you find yourself alone in a strange facility with no useful gear and not even a torch to spare. Can you survive what lurks in the dark?

What awaits you is one whole level of deadly pits, little light, puzzles of five and a really angry cube.
Also: multiple endings and a even a few secrets if you dare to spend the time to search for them.

Credits for the cinematic pictures go to Trystin Sinnott aka. ErigadGreatwood from deviantART.

Any custom party will be overridden, only one character is allowed to play (you still can customize the portrait, but don't bother with distributing ability points, as there will be no combat).


If you find any error or bug (there hopefully shouldn't be any), let me know :)

Oops, there's a small but very noticable bug in the original file. If you want to play this dungeon, I would suggest downloading it again / updating it trhough steam :)

A few crashes apparently came up with saving and loading which I hopefully fixed now.

Uploaded v1.0.4 to Steam and Nexus, please download again if you did already.

If someone would care to test if the crashes are gone, I would be really glad :)

Since it has been a while since this mod has been released, I'm going to reveal one secret. I think no one has actually managed to figure this out themselves, or they haven't posted about this.

I have troubles with this Hypercube. I managed to pass 5 and X pits/platforms puzzle. Then I get into a small (1x1) elevator like room. The gate closes after me. There is "this will not end up well" sign on the wall. When cube finally reaches me, the game quits to desktop, without any errors. :(

Any suggestions what am I doing wrong?
