I saw that Grimrock will be available for the Iphone, so does this mean that if I buy it for the pc there will there be a way for me to download it to my Iphone also?

It's more than likely just iOS which will probably be iPad, can't see it being on iPhone (too small) for the precision touches IMHO.
And if I had to venture a guess you probably will have to pay seperate for that port, which I will more than happily do. Can't come soon enough.

It in not true that iphone is too small!
If designed well, the interface could be very good even on iphone...
Then if the new iphone will have a screen with 4", then it will be perfect .. and grimrock will always be with us in our pocket!
