Black Screen

Running windows 7 64bit. I get a black screen with lights ( torches? ) that illuminate nothing when I first start. Is this a bug or something I can change in options? I tried changing several options but no joy.

Turn off anti-aliasing.
Your driver software MUST NOT override your game settings.

make sure to also download the latest graphics card drivers (such as nvidia or radeon drivers)

I have been having the same issues, but none of these solutions fixed it.

I also have the same problem. Everything is black apart from a few torches, and I cant interact with anything, just run around
. Have tried lowering the resolution and turned of antianalising and updating my drivers. Even reinstalled the game nothing works.
Windows 7x64, Radeon HD 6970, Phenom II x4 955

Make sure all of the options in Catalyst Control Centre are set to "use game preferences", nothing should be forced on. This should fix your issues...
