Will the game manual and pre-order bonus pack be available on Steam once the game is released? I have activated the pre-order key into Steam.

The extras (manual, etc) will appear at:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\legend of grimrock\extras

..or thereabouts, depending on where you've installed Steam.
