What is going on with the forum??

Hi guys,

i've been trying to get into the foroms for months now, but couldn't. Pretty much nothing i tried worked: login, re-register, "i forgot my password" and such. No dice to any of this.

At least i've now found the reason why i could not get onto the forum anymore: whille i can get in using Microsoft Edge (which i basically never use) the forum does not work with Firefox anymore.

On top of that the forum theme has gone missing in both Edge and Firefox. All i see now are links and info on white background, shown in a form of ancient message boards i used before the year 2000.

Please fix this!

I can login no problem on Firefox, maybe it's an extension?

And yes the CSS is broken...

So turns out wasn't the CSS - but some kind of logfile that is generated on the server was bloated and broke things.

As for not being able to log into Firefox... it should be able to.

Especially if other browsers work - that would indicate something with Firefox. (I don't have Firefox on this machine to test). But I can try and test later.

Seems i found the problem.
Firefox must have stored some corrupted site cookie or data. Once i cleaned them out Firefox finally could get back in.

This is why we shouldn't eat cookies and have better diets.
Because you can never just take one byte.
