Ending cinematic help (LoG2)

I have finished making my mod, and am trying to do cinematics. I tried to use the script from the official site, except change it to my files and text, but it kept giving me errors. then I tried taking out the music and images, and it either gave me weird errors or the game just crashed. Thanks in advance.
