A suspicious potion [alchemy spoiler and question]

I don't know if there's an info about this one somewhere in the forum but I couldn't find anything.
I mixed
that produced a
.
I didn't find any combination to provide a positive effect as I only managed to use it and poison the unfortunate character (for a pretty long duration).
No chance with any weapon combination either…
There may be something useful here… or not…
Any idea?

Have you tried throwing it with the mouse at an enemy?

Good idea. I haven't.
I just tried but it can't be thrown like a shuriken and throwing it directly from the inventory don't even break the flask
