I trapped myself behind

the iron door, in the most obvious way possible.

I'm not sure if this is necessarily a bug or I was being punished for my own stupidity but pretty sure there is no way out.

Yes, you can get stuck behind doors if you press button and then quickly go under it. Once I though it was part of the puzzle but I just got stuck.

You can also get stuck behind the doors at the start of level 7, by pressing a switch and then quickly sidestep into the room.
