I purchased the game via steam without bothering to check the fact that you get a DRM free version too, which I'd like to have. Any chance steam customers can get the same, possibly by providing their key or something similar?
Also, IF a MAC version comes out will it be available via steamplay?

Re: Question about DRM Free and Steamplay
You only get a DRM-free installer, if you buy it on grimrock.net, or if you buy it on gog.com, but then you don't get a Steam key.

To the second, if you have it registered on Steam you should get the Mac version free if/when it comes out on Steam.

Re: Question about DRM Free and Steamplay
cardman - I think you misunderstood lostprophet's post. I believe the intent was that you will receive a DRM-free standalone installer version of the game if you purchase direct from the developers or purchase the gog.com version (the version purchased directly from the developers via the Humble Store also includes a Steam key that can be used to unlock the game in Steam). If your purchase is made from Steam directly you will only receive the Steam copy and not have access to the DRM-free standalone installer. Hopefully this clears up any confusion.

Re: Question about DRM Free and Steamplay
Where does it say I get a Mac version on Steam for free if I first buy the PC version first? I'd like to be sure!Drax wrote:To the second, if you have it registered on Steam you should get the Mac version free if/when it comes out on Steam.

Re: Question about DRM Free and Steamplay
They don't actually say it anywhere, but up until now whenever a game became available for Mac Steam, it became a Steamplay title which means that if a person purchased one version, he got both. The most recent example I can think of is The WItcher, which got a Mac version recently and became a Steamplay title.DesignByAdrian wrote:Where does it say I get a Mac version on Steam for free if I first buy the PC version first?
