Level 7 hidden room

I think you have to drop there from level 6. There is a scroll that says "westmost" so walk to the westmost pit in level six.

On your screenshot is another door at the east part. How to open that one?

The other door to the east on the picture can be opened by falling down this pit:
(The one with the red square around it)
