For the first one:
Find a way to use the teleporter!
For the second one:
You can't reach this area for now. You'll have to wait until level 6 to be able to come back here.

Well, you managed to throw a dagger or something in a teleporter to get there. Maybe it's time to throw yourself in it now

I don't recall that second picture, where in lvl 4 is that?
And also, when you have placed all the scrolls, the side walls open and the is a switch on one of the walls, I can't figure out what it is good for anybody know??

It puts the teleporters back on.
