I am the Bugman!

Post by Neptunes »

Took forever to get my fingers to block all those orbs, but finally got the boots!
(Had to watch the video that was posted on youtube that someone on this forum linked)
According to Steam only 4.9% have been able to complete the set, I am sure the Chitin Boots was the hardest.
I want to know if any others on the forum have gotten the boots and your thoughts on the insane hoops that we had to jump through to get them.
BTW Congrats to all that did and bless your nimble fingers!

I got the achievement less than an hour ago.

Level 7 was a nice rest and fun too! On a fast computer the reverse dodge ball game was easy. My nephew sitting next to me on a 3 year old laptop cannot do it so I will have to copy his save file to my computer. This will be the third time sensitive puzzle I've had to copy his save file to my computer so he can complete it.

I'm surprised at the low percentage rate of completion, I found the pieces without trying. Perhaps many players drop the armor in favor of chain and plate?

I had two fighters, so while one fighter carried plate and ringmail, the other carried chitin (which is better than some of ringmail anyways). Im proud to be one of the 4.9%... i also just finished getting all of Valor... which kindof reminds me of... Armor of Valor from Diablo 1, which is a nice thought.

That was the easiest iron door so far. No need to solve puzzles, no need to look for secrets. Just look at the wall and press two buttons. I don't see what the big deal is.

I think it depends entirely on where you come from. I've played a fair share of fps games and I did it on the first try without even thinking about it. I can however imagine people who've not played fast paced games having trouble following it as it is quite fast compared to the rest of the puzzles. However it was a nice change of pace as I didn't have to engage the brain faculties at all :P
