Survive 4.0 Ultimate Edition is out!

I took tracks from Heretic, Doom, Castlevania, Shadow Warrior, Cursed 2 and Conan the Destroyer I am sure you guys will like it!

- 1 more floor (Level 39)

- Berserker Axes can now be enchanted

- Berserker Axe buffed damage to 150

- 4 more secrets

- 1 new NPC

This site does not host images, so you first need an image host. I have arbitrarily picked imgbox.com—just noticed them today.
When I do this with Youtube, I click the share>>embed option on the YT video player, and screenshot the page for my thumbnail image; cropping it down to just the YT Player image.

Then upload that to the image host, and then post the Youtube link URL for the video, using an IMG tag within, instead of the usual text.

Now it does appear to be possible to use Youtube's own hosted thumbnail for the video, but it lacks the player UI,

Update:

I noticed the teleporter "spy into the future" in level 26 istnt working properly and only teleports you somewhere else into level 26 instead of teleporting you to the SHOP in level 37... If you have that issue, you have to go to level 7 to reach it from the secret entrance there!

I updated a fixed version right now tho

Just went to try this excellent looking mod and got this error on start-up:
