Norja, the Axe

Is this seriously the best Axe in the game? Honestly? Compared to the Dismantler and that Ice Hammer this Axe is not even on the same level, how is this fair for people who skilled Axes?

Thank goodness, just from what I've read of others I've heard of zero mention of a better axe. Though I will ask one thing,

I find axes pretty interesting for those willing to get to 50 skill, those +20 points should hit really hard
