I'm stucked in Lever 12, please heeeelp!

The guidance shows that there is a portal in 5 in the picture, from which I can get to B and then to Lever 11.
But I see nothing there.
So how can I get to lever 11?
Please help me, thank you~~

That portal needs to be activated first. Investigate level 12 and 13 to do that.

I spent 2 hours investigating every wall of Level 12 and 13 just now. But still, I can't find the button or trap that make the portal activated. It almost driving me mad. Can you tell me more about the portal? Thx.

Good advice! I took a lunch break and then found the portal !! It was just then that I finished the game~~
