Character creation bug v1.1.2

I noticed there is a character creation bug that allows you to start with much more than the allowed Skills Points.
When you select the "Skilled" trait 3 points will correctly be added the the Skills points total.
For example: a human fighter with the "Skilled" trait will have 7 points to allocate to various skills.
However, if you go back to the "General" screen and remove the "Skilled" trait by selecting another trait the 3 points
do no get subtracted. Therefore, by continually selecting and unselecting then reselecting the "Skilled" trait you can build up
a quite large amount of skill points. Why the maximum skill points any character/class should have at creation is a Human + Skilled = 7 pts. Correct?
