Grimrock Ambience Music Tracks

I'd like to have a complete Legend of Grimrock soundtrack, including the ambient tracks present in the 3 distinct level variations in the game (upper levels, lower levels, and The Prison), but the game only includes the main title theme as part of the soundtrack. I was wondering if there was a download available somewhere where I can add these ambient tracks to the album, or if it's possible for me to rip the ambient tracks from the game myself with at least decent quality stereo MP3 (aka not 140 kbs). If the latter, could I please be directed as to how to access them? I've gone through all the files and most everything seems to be in unreadable files formats or compressed into single files.

Digiquo asked for the Grimrock 1 soundtrack, not the Grimrock 2 one. It also doesn't include the ambient tracks.
