Really stuck in floor 13

OK, i understand i need 4 items, i got the two small gears and the infuser(the squareshaped one).
Could anyone please tell me where the last one is? what it looks like?

Seriously..There are that many levels. I am only just getting to level 4. Great game..great value.

I got it all except the infuser,
guessing it's inside the "no entry" door? how to get in?

Ok I got in and found a treasure/savepoint and treasury but no infuser. Where is that damned thing?

It is on an alcove (look at the bottom part of the wall, above the ground at about the waist level)
