Having issues with the amount of stuff I need to carry - Do I need to carry all of these heavy items?

You don't. Pro tip: fill a bag with the heaviest of things, then 'carry' it around with your mouse.
You will only need four items and each of them are unique, so you can get rid of any item that has duplicates.
