Is there a list of gameplay changes in iPad vs PC

So i've seen that Dex now increases damage with missile weapons on iPad. You can see on character creation that this is happening.

Is there a list of other such gameplay changes so I'm not basing my character builds on bad information on the forums from the PC games?
