There are no specific items required to get the fire essence. The info and hint i gave you are more then enough to solve the puzzle.

It's a puzzle about placing weights in the alcoves. All you need to know is how much and then match "Gravis aequalis Letis et Letis".

I guess it's not enough for me because I can't make a clear connection to the text at the entrance of the maze and the alcoves where I put the weights. It sounds more like I need specific items. :/

There is something I'm missing and it's ticking me off. I've matched the KG of stuff and nothing, put multiple items in the alcoves and still nothing. :/ This custom dungeon has some tough puzzles. This one for the fire essence seems to be too much for me. Nothing I do works.

You make it sound like it cannot be ANY item :/ It sounds more like there has to be specific types of items in the alcoves. This isn't getting anywhere. :/ Guess this is my last point in the game considering that nothing I do works. I won't be getting any results no matter how hard I try. Thanks for trying to help though. This puzzle is just too much for me. I'm sorry that the hints weren't enough to get me through this puzzle.

It can be any item for heavy or light as long as it has the correct weight that's asked for. Heavy has twice the weight of light and "they are the sum". It's so simple you'll bite your own a.. when you get it. I even gave an example i tried and it only did not work because their weights were not correct.

That doesn't work. I can't just throw any old item into there... it won't open the door. " 'they' are the sum" tells me i need to use items that represent some of the Four. I've matched different things and it just simply isn't working.

you're telling me that a Big flail (7.8 kg) Actually weighs 15.6 kg simply because it's a Heavy Weapon?
